Who will clean my home?
A team of 2 or 3 highly trained and bonded
employees. All of our employees must pass a rigorous
background criminal investigation. Our employees do not
drink, eat, smoke or use any of your appliances in your
home.
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
You can trust Atlanta Dream Maids to stand behind the
quality and reliability of each and every cleaning. If
you should ever have a problem call our office at

it ASAP. We guarantee your complete satisfaction.
Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?
No. For your convenience, equipment and cleaning
supplies are provided by Atlanta Dream Maids. We will be
glad to accommodate you, should you wish us to use your
own preferred supplies.
Do I have to be home when you clean?
No, not if you don't want to. In fact, most of our
customers prefer to have their homes cleaned while they
are at work. Typically, our customers will issue us a
key that we keep locked safely. The choice is yours.
Do I have to do anything before you come?
In order to give you the greatest value, we ask you to
take a few minutes before we come and pick up extra
clothing, toys, and other household items that could
interfere with the cleaning of your home.
How do I pay for the service?
Most customers find it convenient to leave a check
on the kitchen table or counter top. Payment is made on
the day of each visit.
What do I do with my indoor pets?
We will insure your indoor cat or dog stays inside. If
you have a large, aggressive or barking dog, we ask that
you please separate the dog from the maids while they
clean your home.
Will I always have the same team?
We make every effort to send the same team each time.
Occasionally there may be a change in a team due to
illness, day off, vacation or they may no longer work
for Atlanta Dream Maids. Therefore, it is not possible
for us to guarantee the same team every time. In the
event of such occurrence Atlanta Dream Maids will find a
replacement.
What if something is damaged while you clean my home?
We treat your home with the greatest care; however,
should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning
your home, we would make every effort to have the item
repaired, or replaced if it cannot be repaired.
How will I know when to expect my cleaning?
Our normal workdays are Monday through Friday from
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You can arrange to have the maids
come during these times. Usually, we will ask that you
give us a 1 hour window for arrival at your home; for
example, between 2 and 3.You will be entered into our
computer with your specific cleaning schedule and we
will call you the evening before your scheduled visit.
You can at this time tell us of any special attention
needs.
Do I have to provide cleaning supplies?
This is your option too. Atlanta Dream Maids
provides all the necessary cleaning solutions, sanitized
supplies and state-of-the-art equipment. However, if you
have a special product you prefer us to use when
cleaning the house, such as a specific wax or polish,
we'll be happy to use it.
We don't cut corners . . . We clean
